Hello! My name is Niyousha, and I am an Integrative Certified Nutritional Practitioner (Holistic Nutritionist), yoga instructor and reiki practitioner.

The one thing that unites every human, is food. We all love it and find comfort in it. Food is delicious and fun, yet it can also become very stressful and cause anxiety or unhealthy habits. This is where I come in, and I’m here to help!

My passion for gardening and a healthier lifestyle has led me to study nutrition. I will work with you to empower you to be attuned to and trust your body, without following the typical “diet lifestyle”. I provide nutritional advice in developing healthier eating habits, digestive health (gut health management), weight management and type II diabetes, while incorporating lifestyle changes (movement, stress and sleep).

I love helping women on their peri-menopause/menopausal journey, understanding the changes in your body, foods and supplements that support these changes, as well as lifestyle management.

Prior to my nutrition journey, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Toronto. I continued my education with a Masters of Arts in Education, followed by post-graduate certificate in TESL.
